1. 我们
A speaker or writer uses us to refer both to himself or herself and to one or more other people. You can use us before a noun to make it clear which group of people you are referring to.
e.g. Neither of us forgot about it...
我们俩都没有忘记。
e.g. Heather went to the kitchen to get drinks for us...

2. (泛指)人们
Us is sometimes used to refer to people in general.
e.g. All of us will struggle fairly hard to survive if we are in danger...

A speaker or writer may use us instead of 'me' in order to include the audience or reader in what they are saying.
